| More information On Performance Ministries Productions: How you might use them in your Church Service, Bible Study, Banquet, or Community Outreach Great for combined city wide meetings! Well received by all denominations! Outstanding for churches of all faiths that believe in the Bible! Nothing controversial about the pure Word of God! It will make you laugh, it will make you cry, but most of all, it will make you think about the scriptures more than you've never thought about them before! All these productions come with a great personal sermon application at the end. Philippians: Paul dictating his letter to the church in Philippi from his Roman jail. a positive presentation of peace in the time of trouble. With a powerful message at the end guaranteed to comfort the hurting. "The peace of God that passeth all understanding will keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:7 Good anytime, our first production and one of the most requested presentations throughout the year, but highly requested around Thanksgiving with the emphasis on, Rejoicing. "Rejoice in the Lord always and again I say rejoice!" Philippians 4:4 James: Set in the first church in Jerusalem, Pastor James delivers the message of the entire Book of James. It is brought to life with additional comments, insight, and humor. It is a true motivational message; "Get your act together and put your faith to work!" A wonderful way to start the new year, great for New Year's Sunday or New Year's eve service. Good anytime to motivate your congregation and get them involved in the ministries and outreaches of your church. Do something! "Thus faith by itself, if it does not have works is dead!" James 2:17 Luke: The story of the birth Christ & John The Baptist, in the first two chapters of Luke, (With Christmas music performed with your Church choir, praise team, or soloist). An excellent addition to your choir cantata or Holiday concert! It can also stand alone if you want something special for the Holidays and your people are a little burned out. The King James version of this book is thought by many scholars, (believers and nonbelievers alike), to be one of the finest pieces of literature in the English language. Tim Wead's Shakespearian back ground takes those words and transforms them into easy to understand, conversational language, with power and feeling. "And she brought forth her first born Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger..." Luke 2:7 Paul: Writing his last letter to the church in, "II Timothy." A great book for practical instruction. Great for Mission's Sunday, launching community out reaches and evangelism, Graduation Sunday, Back to school Sunday and More! Paul challenges us to, "Keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, discharge all the duties of your ministry." ... "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." II Timothy 4:5 and 7 "A Conversation With Jesus," or "The Living Last Supper": Jesus speaks to us from scriptures in, "The Sermon On The Mont," & John 13,14,&15 (With Communion music performed with your Church choir, praise team, or soloist. Can be done as a one man show, or with 12 men as the disciples, or more). Obviously good for the Easter season, good Friday services, or Ash Wednesday service, and Communion Sundays, but good anytime of the year. Many smart Pastors want this presentation several weeks before Easter or even just after Easter, because they know they will get a good crowd on Easter anyway, and they can use this to build up to that, or promote it to a large crowd as coming in the following weeks. "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give you; Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid!" John 14:27 "God's Hand On America": An original one man play written by Tim Wead. An Angel tells the story of the founding of our country and the life of George Washington, mixed with speeches by Lincoln, Roosevelt, Kennedy, Reagan, and Bush, (With patriotic music performed by your Church choir, praise team, or soloist). The janitor in the Oval Office, turns out to be an Angel, telling the story of how God built our country and kept his hand on us through the years. Obviously great for around the Fourth of July, but also good for President's Sundays in February. It also honors our military and public servants and is good for Veterans Sunday, Election Sunday, Memorial Sunday, 911 Memorial, & more! Coming Soon! The Book of 1st. John: I'm memorizing it now, book it for the fall of 2005! |
