| I was starring in a film in the rural countryside of Peru, when my wife called with the good news that I was going to be a father. As my wife's voice crackled through those phone lines, it suddenly dawned om me that there was something more important than I was. Up until that point I had rebelled from my Christian upbringing and lived my life for myself, and what I could get out of it. The profession of acting and my life in general had become a self-centered and egotistical pursuit. At that moment I knew my life had to change. Tim Wead |
